At Flight Wiser Claims, we operate on a “No Win, No Fee” basis. This means you only pay a service fee if your claim is successful. Our fees are transparent and based on the total compensation recovered from the airline.

1. Service Fee

Percentage Fee: 20% of the total Flight Compensation received.

What it covers:

  • Assessment of your claim
  • Preparation and submission to the airline
  • Communication and negotiation with the airline
  • Pursuing your claim, including legal proceedings if required

Example:

Flight Compensation: £520

Service Fee (20%): £104

Amount you receive: £416

This example is provided to clearly show how the service fee is calculated.

2. Legal Proceedings & Additional Costs

If legal action is required to recover your Flight Compensation, Flight Wiser covers initial costs, such as filing or attorney fees.

Any costs recovered from the airline will be deducted proportionally from the total Flight Compensation before calculating your 20% fee.

You will never pay if the claim is unsuccessful.

3. Payment Terms

  • Compensation payments are made to the bank account provided by the Client.
  • Flight Wiser will deduct the 20% service fee before transferring the remaining amount to the Client.
  • International transfers: Any banking fees or currency conversion costs are deducted from the Client’s portion.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate bank account details to ensure smooth transfer.
  • Notify Flight Wiser immediately if you receive any compensation or vouchers directly from the airline.
  • Cooperation is required to avoid delays, including providing documents like boarding passes, booking confirmations, and ID.
